Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive, based in Kozhikode, with some remote work flexibility. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage client relationships. Responsibilities include building and maintaining partnerships, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote the company’s sustainable product portfolio. Qualifications Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation Strong skills in Account Management and Client Relationship Management Demonstrated expertise in Business Planning and Strategy Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly products is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Ability to work in a hybrid work environment and adapt to flexible schedules Experience in B2B markets and a proven ability to meet sales targets
