Role Description HR Support: Acting as a point of contact for employee queries about policies, leaves, or workplace issues. Recruitment Support : Posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews. Onboarding : Helping new hires with paperwork, orientation, and settling in. Employee Records : Maintaining HR databases, attendance, and personnel files. Payroll & Benefits : Assisting with salary processing, leave management, and employee benefits. Policy & Compliance : Ensuring company policies are followed, supporting audits, and maintaining legal compliance. Employee Engagement : Coordinating training sessions, events, and feedback collection. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience in an HR role is preferred
