Mentorship : Guide and support junior QA engineers in learning automation frameworks, test design, and troubleshooting. Continuous Improvement : To optimize QA efficiency, evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, and best practices. Collaboration : A key liaison between development, QA, and operations teams for smooth delivery. Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in automation testing with a proven track record in: Selenium + C#.NET Selenium + Python + PyTest Cypress, Playwright, Katalon Studio Strong experience in REST API test automation . Cloud Test Execution Skills - BrowserStack, LambdaTest, etc. Strong understanding of Gen-AI/LLMS/Agents/etc. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or equivalent. Good understanding of SDLC , Agile , TDD , and BDD methodologies. Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable code. Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to articulate technical details to technical and non-technical stakeholders. A passion for quality engineering and continuous improvement.
