Job Description: Business Development Manager:Our fast-growing client, an HR tech startup revolutionizing the hiring process with AI, is seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to drive sales and client engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about transforming recruitment with cutting-edge technology.Key Responsibilities:Drive Sales Growth: Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients for the clients AI-powered recruitment solutions.Client Engagement & Solution Selling: Build and nurture strong relationships with HR leaders, recruiters, and hiring managers. Understand their unique hiring challenges and position the clients solution as the ideal answer to address those needs.Field Sales & Meetings: Proactively engage with prospects, conduct compelling product demos, and drive closures through consultative selling.Revenue Ownership: Own and manage your sales pipeline, consistently achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets.Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and industry developments. Gather and share valuable customer feedback to help enhance the client’s offerings.Who You Are:Experience: 2-8 years in SaaS sales or HR services sales with a proven track record in B2B/Enterprise sales.
