Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Manager located in Lucknow. The Collections Manager will be responsible for monitoring and managing the collection of outstanding payments. Day-to-day tasks include contacting customers, negotiating repayment plans, maintaining records of collections and loan transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Qualifications Strong communication and negotiation skills Experience with customer relationship management and debt collection processes Analytical skills for monitoring and reporting on collection activities Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards in the industry Proficiency in data management and record-keeping Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the financial services industry is a plus Proficiency in local language and familiarity with the geographic region
