Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Field Sales Location: [Pan Punjab] Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Regional Sales Manager / Zonal Sales Head Job Purpose: The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for driving sales, achieving business targets, managing the sales team, and expanding market share in the assigned territory. The role demands strong leadership, field sales experience, and the ability to build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and customers. Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area. Plan, implement, and monitor field sales strategies to ensure business growth. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Officers/Representatives. Identify and appoint distributors, dealers, and retailers in the territory. Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity, customer satisfaction, and market potential. Ensure effective secondary sales, product placement, and market coverage. Collect and analyze sales data to provide accurate forecasts and reports. Train and develop the sales team to improve performance and productivity. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the market. Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and credit control guidelines.
