We're looking for a high-performing E-commerce Sales Executive who thrives on targets, converts traffic into revenue, and drives our online and social media sales to the next level. This role is strictly for those who believe in results, numbers, and daily impact. Key Responsibilities Drive online sales through e-commerce platforms, social media, and direct digital channels. Convert leads from social media inquiries and website traffic into daily revenue . Manage product listings, pricing, and promotional strategies across marketplaces and company platforms. Collaborate with digital marketing to execute ROI-focused campaigns . Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are met or exceeded. Optimize conversion rates by improving product visibility, reviews, and customer interactions. Monitor competitor strategies and recommend aggressive countermeasures. Report performance metrics — sales, conversions, CAC, retention — consistently and accurately. Performance Expectations You’re expected to own the number — no excuses, only results. Sales targets are reviewed weekly. Bonuses and growth are tied strictly to performance metrics . The ideal candidate treats the online sales funnel like a mission — every click, every cart, every conversion counts. Requirements Proven track record in e-commerce or digital sales (preferably FMCG, hygiene, or healthcare). Strong understanding of online platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc. Social media fluency: Can sell through Instagram DMs or WhatsApp as effectively as via a website.
