Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in selling sanitaryware products or related items (tiles, plumbing, hardware, etc.). You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and increasing market share in your assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Generate and follow up on leads in the designated sales territory. Visit potential clients including builders, architects, interior designers, contractors, and dealers/distributors. Promote and sell sanitaryware products according to company goals and targets. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and decision-makers. Ensure timely collections and resolve any after-sales issues. Maintain knowledge of competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the manager. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and product training sessions as required.
