Job Title: CNC Programmer📌 Role Overview Translate engineering blueprints and CAD models into precise CNC machine programs (primarily G‑code/M‑code) to guide milling, turning, drilling, or other operations Optimize toolpaths and select appropriate tools and machining parameters (speed, feed, depth) using CAM software datron.com. ⚙️ Key Responsibilities Read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints to understand dimensions, tolerances, and finishes Develop, test (including dry‑run simulations), debug, and refine CNC programs Set up machines by selecting and securing workholding, tools, and fixtures Calibrate and adjust machine parameters (runout, offsets, spindle speed) to ensure precision Perform quality control on initial and finished parts, measuring accuracy and inspecting surface finishes Troubleshoot software or hardware issues during production runs Conduct routine maintenance and maintain documentation of programs and setup sheets . Train CNC operators or assistants in machine setup, operation, and safety protocols
