Hello! We are KARU - a multi-disciplinary design studio based out of Newtown, Kolkata. We are looking for a designer to join our team of artists, illustrators and designers. The perfect candidate would have had some experience in a creative working environment and should be able to juggle multiple jobs throughout a fast-paced day. Skills and Responsibilities: – Conceptualise and translate ideas. - Create graphic identity systems, marketing collaterals, motion graphics for Karu & other clientele. – Augmenting existing collections. – Assisting with new Karu products and bespoke projects. – Creating, checking, and sending artwork for print/production. – Competent in Adobe Creative Suite. Applicant must: – be self-motivated with a can-do attitude – have passion for Art, Architecture and DIY. – Must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere & After Effects. – Be a perfectionist with a love for the ‘little things’. – Must be able to travel to a studio based in New Town, Kolkata daily (compulsory). – Show strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time wisely.
