The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, conducting property tours, negotiating sales terms, and closing deals. The Sales Associate will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring a smooth transaction process from start to finish. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, particularly in the real estate sector Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing skills Highly motivated and target-driven individual Ability to work independently and remotely Familiarity with the local real estate market and property trends Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
