What You’ll Do • Meet and onboard local business owners, shopkeepers, freelancers, and small entrepreneurs to Tide’s digital business banking platform. • Educate potential clients about Tide’s services like online business account opening, GST-ready invoicing, UPI payments, and other features. • Drive user registrations through field visits, local network tapping, and referrals. • Collect KYC documents, guide users through app-based onboarding. • Track and report daily leads, signups, and conversions. What We're Looking For • Minimum qualification: 10+2 pass (Graduation preferred). • Experience in fintech, telecom, micro-finance, or field sales is a big plus. • Must own a smartphone and have basic digital understanding. • Self-motivated, good convincing power, and local area knowledge. • Strong communication skills in Hindi & basic English. Job Structure • Type: Off-roll (Not a direct company payroll role) • Probation: 4 months performance evaluation period • Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience + sales performance + incentives) • Incentives: Attractive incentives on every successful onboarding • Work Area: Only within your city limits – No outstation deployment.
