Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in New Delhi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and promoting the company’s paper sourcing and trading solutions. The role includes market research, developing and implementing business strategies, and meeting sales targets to drive revenue growth. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and presentation skills Experience in market research and business strategy development Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Experience in the paper industry or related field is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
