Operations & Coordination Oversee the execution of confirmed tours and ensure client satisfaction throughout the travel process. Liaise with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth tour operations. Address and resolve issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Reporting & Documentation Maintain records of bookings, payments, client details, and feedback. Prepare tour costings, proposals, and MIS reports. Keep track of market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry. Strong destination knowledge (domestic and/or international). Proficient in GDS systems and booking platforms. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Customer-centric attitude and problem-solving ability. Knowledge of visa processes and travel documentation is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience in handling corporate travel or MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events). Familiarity with CRM tools and travel management software.
