Regulatory Compliance: - Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and legal requirements, coordinating with promoters with a legal team obtaining necessary permits and approvals for construction activities. 6. Timeline Adherence: - Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion and handover of the real estate commercial building. 7. Risk Management: - Identify potential risks and challenges in the construction process, developing mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays. 8. Document Management: - Maintain accurate documentation of construction activities, including drawings, contracts, and change orders, for legal and historical reference. 9. Safety Protocol Adherence: - Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and standards on the construction site, promoting a secure work environment for all personnel and contractors. 10. Strong Stakeholder Communication: - Maintain clear and regular communication with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, and internal teams, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring a collaborative approach to project execution via verbal or digital means. 11. Material Procurement and Vendor Management: - Oversee the procurement of construction materials, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
