As a Senior Front End Developer at Bright Horizons in Pune, you will be part of a fast-paced, highly technical development team responsible for delivering SaaS solutions to HR organizations. You will lead front end development projects, ensuring successful project delivery, working closely with business stakeholders and development teams to design and create new user experiences. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and delivering web applications, participating in all phases of delivery, reviewing code, leading meetings, mentoring other software engineers, troubleshooting complex issues, providing production support, researching new technologies, and making recommendations based on upcoming roadmaps. Key Responsibilities: - Lead front end development projects - Work closely with business stakeholders and development teams - Design, develop, and deliver web applications - Review code and provide feedback - Lead meetings and demo front end work - Mentor other software engineers - Troubleshoot complex front end issues - Provide production support - Research and champion new technologies - Make recommendations based on roadmaps Qualifications Required: - Bachelor or MS degrees in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience - Minimum 5+ years of front end design and development experience - Proficient with Angular Typescript framework, RXJS, CLI, and state management - Proficient writing unit tests in Karma framework - Proficient with HTML5, SCSS, Angular Material, Bootstrap, SASS, and JavaScript - Experience migrating AngularJS applications to the latest Angular Framework - Proficient with mobile-first and responsive web design - Knowledge of CI/CD and web services - Experience with WCAG for ADA compliance - Proficient in using AI-powered tools to improve development efficiency - Agile methodologies experience (e.g. Scrum) - Excellent understanding of UX and engineering best practices - Excellent written/documentation and verbal communication skills - Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment - Willingness to take on projects and challenges until successful delivery - Ability to work effectively with general guidance and direction,
