Job Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers • Explain products or services and generate interest • Maintain follow-up with leads and update CRM systems • Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently Requirements: • Good verbal communication skills (English, Hindi, and/or local language) • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.) • Prior telecalling experience preferred but not mandatory • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team What We Offer: • Fixed salary + Incentives (performance-based) • Training and support provided • Comfortable and supportive work environment
