We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer with 1-2 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design and a solid understanding of the construction process. This role is heavily focused on on-site execution, ensuring our design vision is brought to life with precision and quality. Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision: Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress, ensure work is aligned with design plans and specifications, and resolve any on-site issues. Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Act as a key point of contact between the design team, clients, contractors, and vendors. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all work meets our high standards and addresses any deficiencies promptly. Documentation: Maintain accurate site diaries, progress reports, and documentation of all on-site activities and decisions. Design Support: Assist the senior design team with material selection, furniture layouts, and preparing technical drawings as needed. Problem-Solving: Proactively identify potential challenges on-site and propose effective, timely solutions. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
