Job Description: Karate Teacher

Location: Sirsa
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000
Experience Required: 2–4 Years

Role Overview:

We are looking for a disciplined, energetic, and skilled Karate Teacher who can train students in martial arts techniques, self-defense, physical fitness, and mental discipline. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and experience working with school-aged children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular karate classes for students across different age groups.
• Teach basic to advanced karate techniques, forms (Katas), and self-defense skills.
• Prepare students for belt tests, competitions, and demonstrations.
• Maintain discipline and ensure the safety of all students during training.
• Create structured lesson plans to improve students’ skills and confidence.
• Assess student performance and track their progress.
• Ensure proper use of training equipment and maintain a clean training area.
• Motivate students to participate in tournaments and school activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents and school management regarding student progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience as a Karate Instructor/Coach.
• Black Belt certification or equivalent recognized level in Karate (any style).
• Strong understanding of martial arts techniques, discipline, and safety protocols.
• Good communication skills and ability to handle children patiently.
• Physical fitness and ability to demonstrate techniques clearly.
• Ability to develop training plans and conduct assessments.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience working in schools or training institutes.
• Ability to inspire confidence, discipline, and respect among students.
• Positive attitude, leadership skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
