Role Description This is a full-time on-site Sales Associate role located in Pune. The Sales Associate will be responsible for interacting with customers, assisting in showcasing and selling jewellery pieces, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sales and customer service experience Knowledge of jewellery and gemstones Ability to work in a team environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Fluency in multiple languages is a plus Previous experience in the jewellery industry is beneficial Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
