Company Description Karan Gupta Education Foundation is a non-profit organization set up by Harvard Business School alum, Karan Gupta. The mission of the organization is to provide education, training and skills to the underprivileged, especially women and children. Our vision is to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals and change the world. Since 1999, we have provided education, career guidance and training to over 92,000 students. We have assisted thousands of students in getting full scholarships for their higher education. KGEF does not accept donations or funds. We believe in total transparency and hence every sponsor/donor pays the schools/institutes directly. Role Description We are looking for a dedicated full-time team employee to join our Mumbai office. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, community service, and social impact , and thrives in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. Responsibilities Visit schools, colleges, and partner organizations to identify and support deserving students. Conduct interviews and assessments with underprivileged students to understand their educational and personal needs. Coordinate with NGOs, educational institutions, and community partners for scholarship and sponsorship programs. Assist in planning and executing outreach campaigns, awareness events, and student mentorship initiatives. Maintain detailed records of students, sponsors, and partner institutions. Support the foundation’s ongoing education and career guidance projects. Support daily operations and program activities at KGEF Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred , but not required — passion, empathy, and commitment matter most. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, compassionate, and collaborative mindset Strong organizational and documentation abilities. Willingness to travel locally for school and NGO visits. A genuine desire to make a positive social impact through education. Ability to work from our Mumbai office full-time Salary : Rs.25000-30000 per month depending on past experience Date of Joining : Immediate Office Location : Pedder Road, South Mumbai
