About the Role:We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled, and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in Chaat, Fast Food, and Beverages to lead and manage our production and kitchen operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality, speed, hygiene, and profitability of the kitchen with complete ownership of day-to-day execution. Key Responsibilities:Full ownership of the production and operations for Chaat, Fast Food, Beverages, and Sandwich sections Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and quality control across all dishes Manage daily food prep, mise-en-place, and production in a time-bound manner Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards in the kitchen at all times Accurately manage food portioning, waste control, and daily kitchen checklists Maintain and update food cost sheets, stock registers, and daily production reports Collaborate on menu development, new product trials, and seasonal items Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, if any Monitor and maintain inventory and raw material usage efficiently Take charge of profitability by optimizing processes and reducing wastage Ensure compliance with FSSAI safety and cleanliness standards Key Skills & Competencies:Proven expertise in Chaat, Mumbai-style Fast Food, Sandwiches, and Beverages Experience with Bengali sweets is a strong plus Strong knowledge of food costing, portion control, and kitchen accounting Well-versed in inventory management, FIFO, and kitchen SOPs Ability to manage high volume service in fast-paced environments Skilled in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards Basic literacy in stockkeeping and cost documentation Hands-on, proactive, and focused on results Experience Required:Minimum 10 years of hands-on kitchen experience, with at least 3 years in a similar leadership role Candidates with experience in established restaurants or fast food brands will be preferred Other Requirements:Must be hardworking, disciplined, and self-driven Willing to work in profit-sharing model, motivated by performance-based growth Should be reliable with good references Must be open to occasional extended hours during peak days or festivals Benefits:Performance-driven profit sharing Opportunity to work in a high-growth, respected food brand Scope to grow into a Head Chef role with team-building responsibilities Clean and professional kitchen environment
