Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Captain located in Bengaluru. Duties include taking orders, coordinating with kitchen staff, resolving customer complaints, and training new employees. Qualifications Experience in managing and overseeing daily restaurant operations Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to handle and resolve guest complaints effectively Strong leadership and team management abilities Effective communication and coordination with kitchen and service staff High standards of cleanliness and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
