The ideal candidate will have strong persuasion skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to build long-term relationships while meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Acquisition: Actively prospect and generate leads for loans, insurance, and demat accounts through field visits, referrals, and cold calling. Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to potential customers. Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets . Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. Address customer queries, provide after-sales support, and ensure high satisfaction levels. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Identify new business opportunities and market trends. Monitor competitor products and strategies to stay ahead in sales pitches. Documentation & Compliance: Assist customers with application processes, KYC verification, and document collection. Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Reporting & Feedback: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and conversions. Provide regular updates to the sales manager on market feedback and challenges. Required Skills & Qualifications: ✅ Education: 12th( in any steam) and Bachelor’s degree, ✅ Experience: 1-3 years in field sales (banking, insurance, or financial services preferred). ✅ Skills: Excellent communication & negotiation skills. Strong persuasion and closing abilities. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. Basic knowledge of loans, insurance, and stock market products . Willingness to travel locally. Own vehicle (preferred but not mandatory).
