Role & Responsibilities :- Generate leads through calls, social media, field visits, and referrals Meet potential clients, present project offerings, and schedule site visits Explain investment benefits, address client concerns, and build trust Follow up regularly with prospective clients to close deals Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions Stay updated with project features, market trends, and competitors Support marketing activities, site events, and sales campaigns. Skills Required:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and target-driven Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus Ability to work in a team and handle client objections Good negotiation and closing skills.
