Student Counselling – Understand student interests, academic background, and career goals to suggest suitable courses. Follow-Up Communication – Regularly follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to encourage enrolment. Course Presentation – Clearly explain course structure, fees, duration, and benefits. Target Achievement – Work towards monthly lead conversion/enrolment targets. CRM Updates – Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up status in CRM systems or Excel trackers. Demo/Orientation Coordination – Schedule and manage demo sessions or orientation meetings. Closing Admissions – Guide students through admission steps and assist with form filling and documentation.
