Education BSc, MSc (Chemical), BTech, BBM, MBA Description: Having 5 years experience working with industrial mineral industry/paints & coatings Industry preferably Decorative water based coatings To sell minerals/ extenders into the paints and coating, printing inks, organic pigments industries Should have worked with a reputed paint company/MNC speciality ideally having done techno commercial sales Travel across India visiting (potential) customers Good interpersonal, communication and persuasion skills develop sales strategies, cultivate relationships with clients, and drive business growth in the mineral mining sector

• Expertise in ceramic raw materials (kaolin, clay, bauxite). • Strong analytical and laboratory skills. • Knowledge of chamotte production parameters. • Familiarity with QC instruments (XRF, sieve analysis, moisture analyzers, etc.). Required Candidate profile B.Tech/M.Tech in Ceramic Engineering, Materials Science, Mineral Processing, or related fields. 5–12 years of experience in Raw Material QC in Ceramic/Kaolin/Bauxite/Chamotte/Refactory industries.

Role & responsibilities Able to coordinate with the team for result outputs of tested samples and timely reporting to the Team Leader. Manpower allotment for the sampling and testing ensure the timely outputs. To conduct joint testing analysis and do root cause analysis for the deviations. Preferred candidate profile In depth understanding and testing experience on Bentonite, Kaolin, Attapulgite, Calcium Carbonate and Bauxite. Able to understand the chemistry of clays and its mineralogy, behavior etc. Command in experimentation, data representation and documentation of data.
