Company Description Kanwali Welfare Society (Regd.) is a community-based non-profit founded in 2021 in Dehradun. We focus on inclusive education, social upliftment, and civic reform. Our initiatives include The Doon Modern Academy and Madarsa Faizul Uloom Kanwali, supporting children and families through accessible, values-based learning. We aim to create a positive impact by empowering individuals and fostering community development. Role Description This is a full-time volunteer role located on-site in Dehradun. The Volunteer will assist with various tasks related to our educational and social programs. Day-to-day tasks include supporting classroom activities, organizing community events, assisting with administrative duties, and participating in outreach programs. The role requires active engagement with children, families, and the community to ensure the success of our initiatives. Qualifications Experience in Education, Teaching, and Classroom Support Community Engagement and Outreach skills Organizational and Administrative skills Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively and independently Sensitivity to and appreciation of diverse backgrounds and cultures Previous experience in non-profit or volunteer work is a plus Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, or related field preferred
