You are a highly motivated Market Research and Consumer Insights Specialist with 2-4 years of experience in a market research agency. You have a passion for understanding consumer behavior and preferences. Your key responsibilities include collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, NPD Team, R&D, Packaging to provide insights on brand strategy based on consumer approach. You will also work with multiple research agencies to design and execute quantitative and qualitative research studies. Your role involves overseeing the entire research process, from questionnaire development to fieldwork and report analysis for customized research studies. You are expected to develop expertise in various research methodologies such as product testing, concept testing, segmentation, brand health, pack testing, U&A, among others. As a Market Research and Consumer Insights Specialist, you will analyze and interpret research findings to make informed business decisions. It is essential to stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging research methodologies. You will identify and prioritize research projects to address business objectives and ensure timely project delivery. Additionally, you will develop and present research reports and recommendations to stakeholders. Desired Skills and Experience: - Experience in the FMCG domain is advantageous - Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint - Understanding of Nielsen RMS and Kantar KWP software and data is a plus,
