Product Knowledge · Gain thorough knowledge of all heavy truck spare parts (e.g., filters, brake systems, axles, clutches, suspension parts). · Stay updated on new product launches, specifications, and compatibility with various truck models (Tata, Ashok Leyland, BharatBenz, etc.). · Educate customers about part usage, durability, and maintenance benefits. Sales Support & Documentation · Prepare and submit sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes. · Update sales tracking software with customer information and sales progress. · Assist in stock checking and ensure timely delivery coordination with the warehouse. Market Intelligence · Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity collect feedback from customers to inform pricing, product selection, and service improvement. Targets & Reporting Work towards assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets. Report daily sales activities and customer interactions to the Sales Manager. Participate in regular sales meetings and contribute insights. Support Responsibilities Attend product training sessions and workshops.
