Roles and Responsibilities Make calls to customers to promote products. Provide product information, demos, and answer questions about features and benefits. Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling and sales performance. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers. Handle customer calls, resolve their queries, and provide excellent service. Desired Candidate Profile 0-3 years of experience in BPO industry (voice process) preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills in Tamil language required; fluency essential.
