Sri Edu Foundation, Sarjapur campus, is looking for a qualified and dedicated Kannada Faculty with excellent communication and teaching skills. The candidate should be passionate about teaching, possess a strong command of the Kannada language, and be ready to join immediately.

The ideal candidate should be a graduate or postgraduate with the ability to engage students in effective and interactive Kannada learning sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver Kannada lessons according to the academic syllabus and student level.
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation.
• Conduct regular assessments, class tests, and assignments to monitor student progress.
• Maintain student records, attendance, and performance reports.
• Develop innovative teaching methods to make Kannada learning enjoyable and effective.
• Collaborate with other faculty and academic coordinators for syllabus planning and student development.
• Provide extra academic support to students who require assistance.
• Participate in faculty meetings, school functions, and academic events.
• Maintain discipline and promote a respectful learning environment.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in Kannada and English.
• Strong subject knowledge and command over Kannada grammar, literature, and writing.
• Good classroom management and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle students with patience and enthusiasm.
• Positive attitude and commitment towards teaching excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Kannada or related field.
• B.Ed. qualification preferred (not mandatory).
• Prior teaching experience in Kannada at school or PU level preferred.

Working Days:

Thursday to Saturday

Timings:

As per institutional schedule (e.g., 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Salary:

As per institutional norms and experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
