We are seeking a talented and creative Perfumer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional sense of smell, a deep understanding of fragrance composition, and the ability to create innovative and captivating scents. This role involves identifying and analyzing various fragrances, developing new fragrance formulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring unique olfactory experiences to our customers. The position is available as full-time, part-time or freelancer offering flexibility to suit different schedules. Fragrance Identification: Accurately identify and evaluate a wide range of fragrance notes, ingredients, and compositions through olfactory analysis. Fragrance Creation: Design and develop new fragrance formulas for perfumes, personal care products, or other scented applications, ensuring they align with brand vision and market trends. Ingredient Knowledge: Source and select high-quality raw materials, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and sustainability standards. Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, and R&D teams to translate fragrance concepts into commercially viable products. Testing and Refinement: Conduct rigorous testing of fragrance prototypes, adjusting formulations to achieve desired scent profiles and longevity. Trend Analysis: Stay updated on fragrance industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging scent technologies to inform creative decisions. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of fragrance formulations, testing results, and ingredient specifications for quality control and regulatory purposes. Client Interaction (if applicable): Collaborate with clients or stakeholders to develop custom fragrances tailored to specific needs or brand identities.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations, especially related to import-export transactions and GST. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and basic knowledge of international trade documentation. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts. Prepare and manage financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements. basic knowledge of Handling import-export documentation including shipping bills, invoices, packing lists, and BOE (Bill of Entry). Monitor and manage foreign currency transactions and bank documentation for international trade. Ensure accurate GST computation and filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.). Reconcile GST returns with books and ensure timely payment of taxes. Coordinate with customs, freight forwarders, and CHA (Custom House Agents) as needed. Assist in internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience in accounting with a focus on import-export and GST. Strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws, especially GST compliance. Familiarity with international trade laws and export-import procedures.(basic knowledge) Proficiency in accounting software Tally. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Good communication and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in GST or Import-Export Management is an advantage. Experience working in an export-import trading company or manufacturing setup dealing with international clients.
