Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain the features, specifications, and benefits of our uPVC and Aluminium glass windows and doors. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations. Handle customer queries professionally and resolve any concerns or objections. Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and customer feedback. Coordinate with the sales and installation teams to ensure smooth order processing. Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales. Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers at all times. Requirements: Female candidates only. Minimum qualification Graduate. Excellent communication skills in languages, e.g., Hindi, English. Previous experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage. Confident, polite, and persuasive with strong negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of windows and doors products (training will be provided).
