Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for an ETP HOD (Effluent Treatment Plant Head of Department). The ETP HOD will be responsible for overseeing the operation and management of the Effluent Treatment Plant, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and implementing efficient treatment processes. Daily tasks will include monitoring plant performance, conducting routine inspections, managing plant staff, and coordinating with other departments to optimize waste management processes. The ETP HOD will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise. Qualifications Experience in overseeing ETP operations and managing ETP staff Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements Technical skills related to waste management and effluent treatment processes Ability to analyze plant performance data and implement improvements Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field Experience in the paper manufacturing industry is a plus
