Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Experience Manager located in Rishikesh. The Guest Experience Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role includes training staff to ensure that they meet customer service and guest experience standards, addressing guest complaints and concerns, and developing strategies to enhance the overall guest experience. Qualifications Experience in Customer Satisfaction and maintaining high standards of Customer Service Strong Communication skills Ability to manage and enhance Guest Experience Experience in Training staff to meet service standards Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills Ability to handle and resolve guest complaints efficiently Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
