Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for Sales Staff. The Sales Staff will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, following up on leads, guiding customers through our product offerings, and closing sales. This role also involves maintaining a deep understanding of our products, market trends, and customer needs. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities Proficiency in sales presentations and product education Capability to work independently and as part of a team Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in sales or a related field Knowledge of interior design materials and market trends is a plus
