Brief We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our sales & business-development team to help drive lead generation, lead conversion and client appointment scheduling. Key Responsibilities Make high-volume outbound calls (and handle inbound inquiries where applicable) to prospective clients to promote our real-estate projects, residential & commercial properties. Engage with leads, understand their requirement (budget, location, property type, timeline), qualify them, and schedule site visits or meetings for the sales team. Provide accurate information about property features, location advantages, pricing, payment plans and current availability. Maintain and update the CRM / lead-management system with call records, lead status, follow-ups, next-steps and outcomes. Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects to nurture them through the lead-to-appointment pipeline. Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing team and field staff to ensure smooth hand-over of qualified leads and site visits. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for number of calls, qualified leads, appointments fixed and conversions. Stay updated about real-estate market trends, competitor offerings, project status and inventory to effectively pitch to clients. Handle objections professionally, maintain caller discipline, manage rejection resilience and ensure high talk-time, call-quality and conversion ratios. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years experience in telecalling/tele-sales, preferably in the real-estate industry. Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional local language will be an advantage). Pleasant phone etiquette, ability to build rapport quickly, confidence on calls, persuasive selling skills and objection handling. Basic knowledge of real-estate terminology (plots, apartments, commercial spaces, payment plans) and good understanding of the property business. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) and comfort with CRM/lead-management systems. Target-oriented mindset, high energy, self-motivated, good organisational skills, ability to manage multiple leads & follow-ups simultaneously. Ability to maintain accurate call logs, lead records, and work in a fast-paced environment. Graduate (preferred) or 12th pass with strong communication & sales aptitude. Preferred / Desirable Prior experience specifically in residential + commercial real-estate tele-sales. Exposure to tele-calling metrics: e.g., number of calls per day, talk time, lead conversion KPI. Familiarity with local property market (city/region) and real-estate inventory.
