Roles and Responsibilities Review and Audit of client accounts and operations from compliance (SEBI) perspective. Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations of the clients. Advise clients on compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports. Regularly audit procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks. Assess client operations to determine compliance risk. Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes. Desired Candidate Profile CS (Qualified or Finalist) preferred Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures. Good oral and written communication skills. Highly analytical with attention to detail. Experience in SEBI compliances would be a plus.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with NAV calculation and fund accounting for various investment funds. • Perform daily reconciliations of cash, positions, and transactions. Support investor transactions (subscriptions/redemptions) and reporting. Maintain fund data, financial records, and compliance documentation. Coordinate with auditors during fund audits and reporting cycles. Ensure adherence to internal processes and regulatory guidelines.
