Product Demonstration & Presentation: Conduct compelling presentations and on-site product demonstrations, clearly explaining the technology, features, and benefits of the water purifiers and accessories. Negotiation & Closing: Prepare customized proposals, negotiate contract terms, and successfully close sales deals. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and track all sales activities, leads, and opportunities using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Cross-selling and Upselling: Promote higher-margin products, accessories, and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) to existing customers. II. Marketing & Strategy Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages. Strategy Development: Assist in formulating and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to the target market for water purification solutions. Promotional Activities: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, events, and trade shows to increase brand visibility and generate leads. Technical Liaison: Act as a communication link between customers and the technical or product development teams, ensuring customer feedback is relayed and technical queries are accurately addressed. IV. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
