Job Description – QC Head / QC Engineer Department: Quality Reporting To: Plant Head / Management Key Responsibilities · Develop and maintain Quality Plans for repeat and non-repeat jobs as per ISO 9001:2015 and customer requirements. · Define and implement inspection standards, formats, and criteria. · Oversee inward, in-process, stage, and final inspections with proper documentation and traceability. · Ensure preparation, submission, and storage of inspection reports. · Identify and manage non-conformities; drive CAPA implementation and conduct review meetings. · Decide rework, deviation acceptance, or rejection in coordination with customer and management. · Serve as primary quality contact for customer inspections, complaints, and approvals. · Conduct supplier evaluation and supplier-end inspections to maintain input quality. · Establish and monitor calibration plans through NABL-approved labs. · Manage calibration, repair, and verification of measuring instruments. · Lead ISO 9001:2015 QMS implementation, audits, and compliance reporting. · Track quality objectives: zero customer complaints, 100% CAPA closure, calibration compliance. · Mentor and lead quality team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Requirements · B.E. Mechanical (min 60%). · Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Control. · In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 & QMS. · Computer – Word , Excel , PowerPoint, ERP Softwear · Proficient in inspection techniques, measurement tools, calibration systems. · Strong problem-solving (RCA, CAPA), communication, and leadership skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Location: Phursungi, Pune, Maharashtra (Preferred) Work Location: In person
