Job Title: Kitchen Staff Job Location - Kolkata,near Bhowmik Marbles(With fooding nad lodging) Job Summary: We are seeking hardworking and reliable Kitchen Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and support the smooth operation of the kitchen. This role is essential to ensuring that meals are prepared efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist chefs and cooks in preparing ingredients (washing, chopping, measuring, mixing). Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas. Wash dishes, cooking utensils, and kitchen tools promptly. Ensure proper food storage according to safety and hygiene regulations. Dispose of waste and keep kitchen floors and surfaces clean and sanitized. Assist with unloading and storing food supplies. Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines strictly. Support kitchen team during busy periods to ensure timely service. Requirements: Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment (preferred but not mandatory). Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights. Work Environment: Commercial kitchen setting. Flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Salary: As per industry standards and experience.
