Roles & Responsibilities: Identify new markets, potential clients, and sales channels to grow diamond sales. Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. Develop and execute effective business strategies for targeted domestic and international markets. Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Maintain accurate CRM data and submit detailed weekly performance and pipeline report Skills: Strong understanding of diamond products and industry practices. Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Proactive and self-motivated with a strategic business mindset. Willingness to travel frequently, both within India. Basic knowledge of excel, word and power point are must. Qualification: Graduate in any discipline or equivalent qualification preferred. Experience: Minimum 8 years of sales experience in diamond or jewelry industry. Preferred Industry: Experience in Diamond Industry.
