It took more than a month to get my product. They could have told about the delay. Reason that I am disappointed is that they failed to communicate. Even after asking them. 4 stars is for they getting the product (Galax, Xanova keyboard) replaced. And they replaced it with an upgraded version. Well, worth the wait.
