It was a good experience to visit. I have gone here to replace my cosair ram and I got it replaced with a new one within 10min because it was in warranty. But I don't know about other items like psu etc. it's fully based on stock availability only. They are handling multiple brand like cool master, micron, zotac etc.

You have to wait for sometime if you are going for RMA or to claim warranty, it is a small place but does the job car cannot be parked

Took ~20 days to get a replacement zotac graphic card which I gave for RMA. It's easy to find the location once you get there, the submission and pick up after it is ready are seamless.
