We are looking for enthusiastic women promoters to represent RK Farm in housing societies. The role involves: Visiting societies and introducing our fresh vegetables, ready pastes, and frozen products to households. Adding new customers to our WhatsApp channel . Encouraging customers to place their first order (Starter Pack / Daily Pack) . Covering a minimum of 2 societies per day and achieving daily order targets. Answering customer queries and maintaining basic records. Salary & Benefits: Fixed Pay + Incentive Incentive: ₹5 per new order Daily Earning Potential: ₹800–₹1200 (based on performance) Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM कामाचे स्वरूप: सोसायट्यांमध्ये जाऊन महिलांना आमच्या भाजीपाला, पेस्ट, फ्रोजन प्रॉडक्ट्स बद्दल माहिती द्यायची. नवीन ग्राहकांना आमच्या WhatsApp Channel मध्ये Add करायचं . ग्राहकांकडून पहिली ऑर्डर मिळवायची ( Starter Pack / Daily Pack ). रोज किमान २ सोसायटी कव्हर करणे आणि ऑर्डर टार्गेट पूर्ण करणे. ग्राहकांच्या शंका/माहितीला उत्तर देणे व नोंद ठेवणे. पगार व सुविधा: फिक्स पगार + इन्सेंटिव्ह इन्सेंटिव्ह: प्रत्येक नवीन ऑर्डरवर ₹5 अतिरिक्त रोज उत्पन्न क्षमता: ₹800–₹1200 (कामगिरीनुसार) वेळ: सकाळी 9 ते संध्याकाळी 5 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 29/09/2025 Expected Start Date: 23/09/2025
