Responsibilities: - Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and planning projects effectively. - Oversee EC & ECO system planning and implementation within the workshop. - Conduct design reviews to ensure assembly feasibility and address any feasibility issues. - Lead the development of vehicle process assembly, validation, and Start of Production (SOP). - Plan and implement standard tools on the assembly line to align with the Design for New & Current Product processes. - Troubleshoot line issues and participate in failure analysis for the assembly process. - Utilize problem-solving tools such as 8D, 7 Steps approach, etc., to address challenges effectively. - Prepare and release SOP/OPL for Assembly, Fabrication & Paint Shop for current and new products. - Drive the adoption of new assembly techniques to enhance process efficiency. - Design assembly flow lines and provide necessary facilities and tools for the assembly line. - Engage in lean manufacturing activities and continuous improvement projects. - Maintain PFMEA, DFMEA activities, and adhere to World Class Manufacturing (WCM) standards.
