Preferred Skills: Knowledge of CMP (Chemical Mechanical Polishing) or polishing processes is a must. Familiarity with lean manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis). Exposure to working in cleanroom or high-precision environments (e.g., medical, optics, aerospace). Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and surface finish specifications.
