Mid-level engineer with Minimum qualification required B. Promotional Activities - Organize and participate in AWMS 5S promotional events such as rallies, slogan competitions, and home-based activities. - Extend AWMS 5S awareness to villages, colonies, supplier units, and plant surroundings. Audits & Accreditation - Coordinate Management Audits at the ANIL plant. - Collaborate with Zonal Coordinator for AWMA accreditation audits. - Review AWMS 5S registers and ensure compliance across all defined zones. Reporting & Recognition - Compile data for Before-After comparisons and 3-Minute Presentations. - Participate in Reward & Recognition programs and assist in nomination reviews. - Join weekly plant leadership rounds and follow up on action closures.
