Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Coordinator with 1–2 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle client interactions with professionalism. You will play a key role in coordinating with clients and exhibition participants to ensure smooth operations and successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Act as a point of contact for existing clients, ensuring timely and clear communication. Coordinate with exhibition participants regarding logistics, scheduling, and requirements. Manage and maintain documentation and records for events and exhibitions. Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events in collaboration with internal teams. Support the senior management with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met. Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and meeting schedules efficiently. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in coordination, client servicing, or event-related roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
